Compassionate care and education for women and families facing unexpected pregnancies, or pregnancy and family-related challenges. Free and confidential, across Prince Edward Island.
The Island Pregnancy Centre is a Christian non-profit organization providing emotional and practical support to those facing an unexpected pregnancy, pregnancy-related challenges, and early family life. It is a support organization, not a medical facility, and Hope House operates as an extension of its services.
Everyone is welcome. The Centre is non-political, does not discriminate on any basis, and keeps everything confidential (except where reporting is required by law). Support is available to clients with children up to 24 months of age, and you don't need any connection to Hope House to reach out.

Share your time at the Centre, from client support and the baby boutique to events and day-to-day operations. There's a place for every skill set.
The boutique gladly accepts gently used baby clothing (newborn to 3T), maternity wear, diapers, wipes, formula, blankets, bottles, toys, books, and safe baby equipment like strollers and swings. Drop items off at either centre during open hours.
Gather your friends, church, or workplace to collect items for the baby boutique. It's a fun, meaningful way to stock the shelves for local families.
Receive regular updates and pray for the mothers, babies, volunteers, and staff the Centre serves throughout the year.
If you would like to make an appointment or are inquiring about our services, fill out the form and we'll get back to you. Appointments run from 11 AM – 4 PM and are approximately 45 minutes in length.
Remember: we are a support organization, not a medical facility or clinic, and cannot provide medical services.
Hope House, the Centre's residential maternity home, offers mothers a safe, supportive place to live, 24/7.
